approximately 20% below market
prices for comparable new build
developments in this part of
Bahama. Phase 1 completion is
scheduled for April 2010; phase 2
is due to break ground in October

late 2012. Local mortgages are
available for up to 70% of the
purchase price at interest rates
of between 5.25% and 6.5%,
